The $30 million project is complete and ready for students to move in on Aug. 22-24. The 152,000 square foot facility is being paid for by a donation from Mr. & Mrs. Ornelas and a bond totaling over $39 million. The residents will help pay back the bond package with the $2,985 per semester fees. Other residence halls on campus cost $2,075 per semester.
